Supply NXP WLAN7001CZ Wireless LAN 5 GHz RF Front-End IC
Product Description
WLAN7001CZ is a fully integrated RF front-end MMIC for 802.11a/n/ac WLANs with channel bandwidths up to 80 MHz.It includes a low-noise amplifier, a single-pole-double-throw switch required for TDD operation. It also includes a transmit power amplifier and an integrated power detector covering the entire ISM band. Harmonic and coexistence filters are integrated, with an RX bypass mode for high-power signal processing and a low-power TX mode for optimised power efficiency.
Features and Benefits
Full ISM high band 5150 MHz to 5850 MHz
Fully integrated RF front-end
Low noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass mode
Single-pole, double-throw switch (SPDT)
Power amplifiers (PAs) with high linearity and low-power modes
Integrated power detector for closed-loop control
Integrated 50 Ω matching of inputs and outputs; no DC input/output ports
Integrated harmonic and coexistence filters
Supply voltage 3.0 V to 4.75 V
Supply current as low as 8 mA in RX mode for optimised performance
