Description:

The ONSEMI ARRAYRDM-0112A20-QFN-TR NIR Enhanced Silicon Photomultiplier (SiPM) is a high-gain, single-photon sensitive sensor for detecting visible to NIR wavelengths. Featuring a monolithic 1x12 array of SiPM pixels, it is based on the market-leading RDM process, which has been specifically developed to achieve high PDE (Photon Detection Efficiency) at 905/940nm NIR wavelengths, typically used in LiDAR and 3D dToF ranging applications. The array is available in a rugged QFN package with access to 12 individual pixels.
