The Qorvo QPF4291TR13 is an integrated dual front-end module (FEM) designed for Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) systems, allowing two independent RF chains to operate through a single front-end module. The compact form factor and integrated matching capabilities minimise the layout area in the application and significantly reduce the number of external components. The performance focus is on optimising the multimode power amplifier for 3.85V supply voltages to achieve the best throughput according to user conditions. The receive path employs best-in-class technology to maximise receive sensitivity by maintaining consistent noise figure performance over a wider range of conditions, while keeping current consumption low.
