Description
ADL5721ACPZN-R7 is a narrowband, high-performance, low-noise amplifier for microwave radio link receiver designs. Its monolithic silicon germanium (SiGe) design is optimised for the microwave radio link frequency band from 5.9 GHz to 8.5 GHz. The unique design provides a single-ended 50 Ω input impedance with a 100 Ω balance. This Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) provides a noise figure of merit that used to be achievable with low noise amplifiers, which required more expensive III-V compound process technology.
