Overview

The DP83TC811SWRNDRQ1 device is an automotive PHYTER™ Ethernet physical layer transceiver that complies with the IEEE 802.3bw standard. It provides all the physical layer functionality required to send and receive data over an unshielded single twisted pair cable. The device is xMII flexible and supports standard MII, RMII, RGMII and SGMII MAC interfaces.

 

The device includes a diagnostic toolkit that provides a wide range of real-time monitoring tools, debugging tools and test patterns. The toolkit includes the first integrated electrostatic discharge (ESD) monitoring tool. It counts ESD events on the xMII and MDI and provides real-time monitoring through the use of programmable interrupts. In addition, the DP83TC811S-Q1 includes a pseudo-random binary sequence (PRBS) frame generation tool that is fully compatible with the internal loopback, allowing data to be sent and received without the use of a MAC.The DP83TC811SWRNDRQ1 is available in a 6.00 mm × 6.00 mm, 36-pin VQFN wettable side package.
