Description

The DS90UB953ATRHBTQ1 serialiser is part of TI's FPD-Link III family of devices designed to support high-speed raw data sensors, including 2.3MP/60fps imagers, as well as 4MP/30fps cameras, satellite radar, lidar, and time-of-flight (ToF) sensors. Fully compliant with AEC-Q100 (Class 1), the device has a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The higher temperature helps to make the device a perfect fit for any small form factor. The higher temperature helps provide a more compact/flexible sensor module design for any small camera application. The chip offers a 4.16Gbps forward channel and an ultra-low latency 50Mbps bi-directional control channel, and supports a single coaxial (PoC) or STP cable for power supply.The DS90UB953A-Q1 features advanced data protection and diagnostics to support ADAS and autonomous driving. In combination with a companion deserialiser, the DS90UB953A-Q1 provides accurate multi-camera sensor clocking and sensor synchronisation.
