Overview

The TLV73333PQDBVRQ1 series of low dropout (LDO) linear regulators are ultra-small in size and have low quiescent currents, delivering 300mA pull current and excellent line and load transient performance. These devices offer 1% accuracy typical.

The TLV73333PQDBVRQ1 family is designed with a modern capacitorless architecture that ensures stable operation without the use of input or output capacitors. Removing the output capacitors helps reduce the size of the solution and eliminates inrush currents at startup. In addition, if ceramic capacitors must be used, the TLV733P-Q1 series will still operate reliably. When using output capacitors, the TLV733P-Q1 series can also provide foldback current control during device power-up and enable. This feature is especially important for battery-powered devices.

The TLV73333PQDBVRQ1 series provides active pull-down circuitry that allows the output load to discharge quickly when in the disabled state.
