Description
The DRV8706SQRHBRQ1 is a highly integrated H-bridge gate driver capable of driving both high-side and low-side N-channel power MOSFETs, which generates the appropriate gate drive voltage using an integrated multiplier charge pump (for high-side) and a linear regulator (for low-side).
