Description Of PM8908TR
The PM8908TR is a high efficiency monolithic step-down switching regulator primarily for DDR termination. The IC operates from 1 V to 3.5 V input voltage (VIN). The device features a COT control loop for excellent performance on load and line transients. Current sensing is internally thermally compensated for optimum accuracy. The output voltage is regulated from 0.5 V to 2 V with ±1% over-temperature variation. the PM8908TR also provides external tracking support. the PM8908TR offers positive and negative over-current protection as well as over/under voltage and over-temperature protection. the PGOOD output easily provides real-time information on the output voltage.

The PM8908TR is available in a QFN20 3.5 x 4.0 mm package.
