HMC748LC3C Integrated Circuit Chip 13Gbps 2 to 1 Single Ended Selector Multiplexer, 16-Lead LCC

The HMC748LC3C is a 2:1 selector that supports data rates up to 13Gbps and selector port operation up to 13GHz, routing one of the two single ended inputs to the differential output when the select port is asserted.

An output level control pin allows loss compensation or signal level optimization on the differential output, and single ended inputs are terminated with 50 ohm to the positive supply and may be DC or AC coupled.

Rise and fall times are about 22/22 ps, propagation delay is 125ps and typical power consumption is 250 mW, so the part adds negligible jitter to a high speed link. It runs from a single +3.3 V supply.
