Product Description

The NX20P0407UKAZ is a single chip USB type-C port protection solution. The CC1/CC2 and SBU1/SBU2 pins on the system side provide 28V short-circuit over-voltage protection and are connected to VBUS in case of a short-circuit, these pins are located next to the VBUS pin.
