Employing a super-beta input stage with bias current cancellation, the OP297GSZ maintains picoampere-level bias current across all temperatures. This contrasts with FET-input operational amplifiers. FET input operational amplifiers exhibit picoampere-level bias currents at 25°C, but this current doubles for every 10°C increase in temperature; exceeding 85°C results in microampere-level bias currents.
