V838M2-EXX Product Overview
Allwinner Technology’s V838M2-EXX is a next-generation 4MP@30fps high-performance vision processing SoC in the V83X series, designed for mass-market AI vision applications. It is specifically engineered for low-power, multi-camera, and light AI scenarios. The chip is manufactured using a 22nm advanced process and integrates a dual-core RISC-V controller, an independent RISC-V MCU, a 0.6 TOPS NPU, a new ISP 3.0, and a high-definition encoder.
