It is part of the Ryzen 7 series and features the Zen 4 (Hawk Point) architecture and Socket FP8. the number of cores is doubled to 16 threads thanks to AMD Simultaneous Multithreading (SMT). the Ryzen 7 8840U has 16 MB of L3 cache and operates at 3.3 GHz by default, but depending on the processor, the processor may not be as fast as it should be.
