TJA1103AHN/0Z Description:
The TJA1103 is the third generation of NXP's successful 100BASE-T1 Automotive Ethernet PHY family. It is ideally suited to support rapid expansion of Ethernet to the edge of the network or to provide stable connectivity to domain controllers in the centre of the car.
The TJA1103 meets all advanced conformance test specifications and is designed to meet ASIL B safety standards in accordance with ISO 26262, providing enhanced monitoring and diagnostic capabilities. The PHY is compatible with the TJA1120, and the platform is designed with assembly options equipped with optimised PHY products that support 100Mbps or 1Gbps data rates.
