The S32K3 family of 32-bit microcontrollers (MCUs) offers Arm® Cortex®-M7-based MCUs in single-, dual-, and lock-step core configurations.The S32K3 family offers scalability in terms of number of cores, memory, and peripherals, enabling high performance and functional safety, and is ISO 26262 compliant with ASIL D safety ratings.
The S32K3 family offers a comprehensive end-to-end solution, from development to production. the S32K3 MCUs feature a Hardware Security Engine (HSE) with NXP firmware, support for over-the-air (FOTA) firmware updates, and ISO 26262-compliant real-time drivers (RTDs) at no cost for both AUTOSAR® and non-AUTOSAR applications.
The S32K3 family is compatible with the NXP S32 automotive platform, enabling seamless software reuse and flexibility for body, area control and electrification applications.
