The BES2800BP is an ultra-low-power, high-performance smart wearable system-on-chip with integrated Bluetooth and optional Wi-Fi functionality. The platform features a powerful CPU subsystem comprising a dual-core Arm Cortex-M55 processor, dual-core BECO neural processing unit (NPU), BES proprietary coprocessor (for advanced signal processing and neural network tasks), optional Tensilica HiFi 4 DSP, audio codec subsystem, and a host subsystem consisting of a dual-core STAR-MC1 processor and dual-core BECO NPU. This combination delivers powerful application processing capabilities while significantly reducing power consumption.

The platform integrates a dual-mode Bluetooth 5.4 subsystem (supporting Classic Bluetooth and LE Audio) and a Wi-Fi 6 subsystem for high-throughput wireless connectivity. Additionally, its multimedia subsystem includes: a 2.5D GPU supporting advanced graphics processing, an LCD controller with triple-layer alpha blending, and a 4-channel or dual 2-channel MIPI DSI interface supporting 720p 24bpp resolution.
