Overview

The VSC8584XKS-14 and VSC8584XKS-11 are low-power quad-port Gigabit Ethernet transceivers with four SerDes interfaces for quad-port dual-media capability. It also includes an integrated four-port, two-wire serial multiplexer (MUX) for controlling SFP or PoE modules. It features low EMI line drivers and integrated line-side termination resistors to save power and printed circuit board (PCB) space.
