Description Of STM32H723ZGT6

The STM32H723ZGT6 device is an ultra-low-power microcontroller based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M4 32-bit RISC core that operates up to 80 MHz.The Cortex-M4 core features a single-precision floating-point unit (FPU) that supports all Arm® single-precision data processing instructions and data types. It also implements a full set of DSP instructions and a Memory Protection Unit (MPU) for increased application security.

The STM32H723ZGT6 device embeds high-speed memory (up to 128 Kbytes of Flash and 40 Kbytes of SRAM), a Quad SPI Flash interface (available in all packages), and a large number of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses, two AHB buses, and a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix.

The STM32H723ZGT6 device embeds several protection mechanisms for embedded Flash and SRAM: read protection, write protection, proprietary code read protection, and firewall.
