Designed in compliance with NFC Forum wireless charging standards, the CTN730EV constitutes a vital component of NXP's NFC wireless charging solutions. This integrated circuit combines an NFC reader/writer, microcontroller, and software functionality within a single package. Compared to the CTN732, the CTN730EV adds Type 4A tag emulation capability, supporting data transfer rates up to 848 kbit/s. In reader mode, the chip is compatible with all NFC Forum tag types while also supporting Type 4A tag emulation.
