Product Description
SNXH75M65L3F2STG features a HERIC topology to provide a high-efficiency solution for solar inverter applications. The integrated high-speed field cutoff IGBTs provide lower conduction and switching losses. The pre-applied PCM eliminates the need for an additional thermal interface material printing process. In addition, screw clamps provide a fast and reliable mounting method.
