INA193AIDBVR is a voltage-output shunt monitor capable of sensing the voltage drop across the shunt resistor within a common-mode voltage range of -16V to +80V, independent of the INA193AIDBVR's supply voltage.
The INA193AIDBVR offers three output voltage levels: 20V/V, 50V/V, and 100V/V. The 500kHz bandwidth is convenient for use in current control loops. The INA193AIDBVR has the same functionality as the INA196–INA198 devices but with a different pin configuration.
The INA193AIDBVR is powered by a single supply voltage ranging from 2.7V to 18V, with a maximum supply current of 900μA. The INA193AIDBVR is rated for operation over an extended temperature range from -40°C to +125°C and is housed in a space-saving SOT-23 package.
