Description:
The AUIR3241STR is a high-side Mosfet driver for back-to-back topologies targeting back-to-back switching. It has very low quiescent current in both on and off states.The AUIR3241S is a combination of a boost DC/DC converter using an external inductor and a gate driver. It is capable of driving standard level Mosfets even at low battery voltages, and the input controls the gate voltage.The AUIR3241S incorporates undervoltage lockout protection to prevent driving the Mosfet in linear mode.
