IDYH10G200C5 Device Description:

The 5th generation CoolSiC™ Schottky diode (2000 V, 10 A) in the TO-247PLUS-4 HCC package enables higher efficiency and design simplicity in high DC link systems with DC voltages up to 1500 VDC. The new TO-247PLUS-4 HCC package features an extended creepage distance of 14 mm and a clearance distance of 5.4 mm to provide increased safety in harsh environments.
