Furthermore, the camera module's Bill of Materials (BoM) is optimized with integrated eye protection features and an efficient power concept, operating at standard voltages of just 1.8V and 3.3V. It delivers optimal performance even under intense sunlight conditions, thanks to its fifth-generation ToF pixel design, which includes Suppressed Back-Illuminated (SBI) circuitry per pixel. The imager is housed in a 9x9 mm optical BGA package, enabling standard soldering processes.
