M15T4G16256A-DEBG2G Description:

4Gb Double-Data-Rate-3 (DDR3(L)) DRAM features a double-data-rate architecture for high-speed operation. It is internally configured as an eight-group DRAM. 4Gb chips are organised into 32Mbit x 16 I/O x 8 groups of devices. These synchronised devices can achieve high speed double data rate transfer rates of up to 1866 Mb/sec/pin for general purpose applications.
