Description of STM32U535RET6

The STM32U535RET6 devices belong to the family of ultra-low power microcontrollers (STM32U5 series) and are based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M33 32-bit RISC core. They operate at frequencies up to 160 MHz.

The Cortex®-M33 cores have a single-precision FPU (Floating Point Unit) that supports all Arm® single-precision data processing instructions and all data types.

The Cortex®-M33 core also implements a full set of DSP (Digital Signal Processing) instructions and MPUs (Memory Protection Units) for increased application security.

The devices embed high-speed memory (up to 512KB Flash and 274KB SRAM), an Octo-SPI Flash interface, a large number of enhanced I/Os, and peripherals connected to three APB buses, three AHB buses, and a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix.
