The flowPACK series is Vincotech’s classic six-transistor packaged IGBT inverter module, utilizing Infineon IGBT4/M7 or Mitsubishi 6th-generation IGBT chip technology, suitable for industrial drives and motor control.
2. flowPIM Series — Highly Integrated PIM Modules
The flowPIM series integrates a three-phase input rectifier, a three-phase output inverter, a braking chopper, and a temperature-sensing thermistor (NTC), making it one of the most highly integrated PIM topology modules currently available on the market.
3. flowNPC Series — High-Efficiency Three-Level Inverter Modules
The flowNPC series employs a neutral-point clamped (NPC/I-Type) topology, specifically designed for high-switching-frequency, high-efficiency applications. It supports frequencies up to 50 kHz and achieves a typical efficiency of 98.7% in solar inverters.
4. flowBOOST Series — Boost/MPPT Modules
The flowBOOST series is specifically designed for front-end MPPT boost and PFC (Power Factor Correction) in solar inverters. It supports switching frequencies up to 50 kHz and offers a variety of topological options, including symmetric and asymmetric configurations.
5. MiniSKiiP Series — Bottomless Spring-Clamp Modules
The MiniSKiiP series features a bottomless design and spring-clamp technology, simplifying the assembly process while providing excellent vibration resistance and thermal cycling reliability. This series now includes PIM modules utilizing Mitsubishi’s sixth-generation IGBT technology, with current ranges from 15A to 100A and a voltage rating of 1200V, suitable for motor drive applications up to 30kW.
