These devices are designed to meet the power monitoring requirements of multi-voltage power supply systems; they can simultaneously monitor the status of multiple power supplies and provide reset signals upon power-up, power-down or voltage anomalies, helping microprocessors, FPGAs, ASICs and embedded systems to enter a controlled, stable operating state. They are suitable for applications such as industrial control, communications equipment, data acquisition, portable instruments and consumer electronics.

[ADI] The LTC2903 can monitor up to four supply voltages. The common reset output remains low until all four inputs have been in agreement for 200 ms. Voltage thresholds maintain an accuracy of ±1.5 per cent (relative to the monitored voltage) across the entire temperature range. The LTC2903-1 features an open-drain RST output and a weak internal pull-up current source.
