The VND7030AJTR features a low on-resistance of 31 milliohms for efficient power transfer and reduced power consumption.
Integrated advanced protection features such as load current limiting, active overload management through power limiting, and overtemperature shutdown with configurable lockout shutdown protect the device and circuitry from abnormal operating conditions.
The device is equipped with a FaultRST pin that can unlock the outputs in the event of a fault or disable the lockout shutdown function, providing flexibility in system troubleshooting.
