I. Satellite Communication Chips
1. Satellite Navigation (GNSS) RF Front-End Chips: Focusing on signal acquisition and amplification, the core models are represented by Infineon’s silicon-germanium process products, which feature high sensitivity and low noise characteristics, making them perfectly suited for mainstream global navigation systems.
- Infineon BGA524N6: A dedicated low-noise amplifier (LNA) for the core GNSS frequency bands, covering the 1550 MHz to 1615 MHz range.
