The STM32C5 series is based on Arm ® Cortex ® The M33 core and STMicroelectronics' 40nm Flash platform set new performance standards for cost-sensitive designs, redefining the DNA of entry-level microcontrollers. It runs at 144 MHz, has a CoreMark score of 593, and offers up to three times the performance of typical Cortex M0+ devices on the market.
It has up to 1024 KB of Flash and 256 KB of SRAM built-in, and integrates key peripherals like Ethernet, OctoSPI, and FDCAN. It offers extensive package options from 20 pins to 144 pins and supports operating temperatures up to 125°C, making it ideal for a wide range of mainstream application scenarios.
