With the widespread adoption of Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) in smartphones, wearable devices, in-car navigation systems, drones and IoT positioning terminals, market demand for high-performance low-noise amplifiers (LNAs) continues to rise. Infineon’s SiGe-based GNSS LNAs, with their core advantages of ultra-low noise figure, high gain and low power consumption, have become the preferred solution for front-end design in global positioning terminals. Shenzhen Mingjiada Electronics Co., Ltd. is currently seeking to purchase, at competitive prices and on a long-term basis, the full range of Infineon GNSS SiGe LNA models from OEM/ODM manufacturers, distributors and traders worldwide. This includes brand-new, factory-sealed stock, distributor surplus stock and project surplus stock.
I. Infineon SiGe LNA: The Core Component of GNSS Front-Ends
GNSS satellites orbit at altitudes exceeding 20,000 kilometres; consequently, the signal power is extremely low by the time it reaches the ground, with signal levels at the GNSS receiver input typically in the range of –130 dBm. As the first active component in the GNSS receiver’s front-end chain, the low-noise amplifier’s figure of noise directly determines the reception sensitivity of the entire system, thereby influencing the time to first fix (TTFF) and positioning accuracy.
Infineon’s GNSS LNAs utilise an in-house silicon germanium (SiGe) process. Compared to CMOS processes, SiGe offers a lower figure of noise whilst optimising the overall RF performance of the LNA; compared to gallium arsenide (GaAs) processes, the SiGe process provides better value for money whilst delivering comparable performance. All models utilise the compact TSNP-6 package (1.1 mm × 0.7 mm), with input/output matching and ESD protection circuits integrated onto the chip, effectively saving PCB space.
II. List of Models Sought by Mingjiada
(1) GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) LNA Series
Mingjiada Electronics is actively seeking the following Infineon GNSS LNA models on a long-term basis, with no quantity restrictions. We can provide rapid valuation and quotations for full reels of stock, project surplus stock and R&D samples:
BGA524N6 – This model is the benchmark for value for money within the Infineon GNSS LNA series. It is suitable for the 1550 MHz to 1615 MHz frequency range, covering mainstream satellite navigation systems such as GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou and Galileo. Based on Infineon’s B7HF silicon-germanium technology, it offers 19.6 dB gain and an ultra-low figure of noise of 0.55 dB, with an operating current of just 2.5 mA and an operating supply voltage of 1.5 V to 3.3 V.
BGA824N6 – A representative model of high-linearity GNSS LNAs, with a noise figure of 0.55 dB and high gain of 17.0 dB, operating at a current of 3.8 mA. Its excellent linearity enables outstanding performance in scenarios where multiple communication standards coexist, making it ideal for applications such as smartphones that require simultaneous GNSS and cellular communication.
BGA725L6—A high-gain model offering 20.0 dB of gain and a figure of noise of 0.65 dB. Based on B7HF silicon-germanium technology, it is suitable for long-range positioning scenarios requiring high gain. It utilises an ultra-compact TSLP-6-2 package, with a board footprint of just 0.7 × 1.1 mm².
BGA525N6 – A broadband, low-power LNA covering a wide frequency range from 1164 to 1615 MHz, supporting L1/L2/L5 multi-band GNSS signals. It offers three GPIO-controlled operating modes (low power/standard/high gain), whilst its broadband design ensures that all GNSS signals utilise the same matching network, thereby simplifying dual-band design.
(2) Multifunctional LNA Series
Mingjiada Electronics is also seeking to purchase the full range of Infineon multifunctional LNA models:
BGA7H1N6, BGA7L1BN6, BGA7H1BN6, BGA9H1BN6, BGA614, BGA427, BGA7M1N6, BGB741L7ESD, BGA616, BGB707L7ESD, BGA420, BGA729N6, BGA8U1BN6, BGA8V1BN6, BGA5L1BN6, BGA5H1BN6, BGA5M1BN6, BGA7L1N6
