Pixels integrate embedded optical reflectors with SBI technology, achieving quantum efficiency comparable to BSI while retaining FSI cost advantages. Ensures stable imaging under strong sunlight. Operates on a single 2.8V supply with a die area of just 18mm², compatible with ultra-compact lenses. 2. IRS2976C — VGA High-Sensitivity ToF Sensor
As the high-performance variant in the series, it employs sixth-generation 10μm pixel technology with VGA resolution (640×480, 30.72K pixels), a 1/4-inch (4mm) image circle, and a die area of 23mm². Boasting quantum efficiency exceeding 30%, it supports ranging distances beyond 10 metres. Comprehensive laser safety features and eye protection mechanisms are integrated. Die-only packaging offers maximum customisation flexibility, compatible with the IRS9102C driver. Suitable for high-precision applications including smart door locks, facial authentication, augmented reality (AR), and industrial automation.
3. IRS2877C — HVGA Resolution ToF Sensor
Based on fifth-generation 5μm pixel technology, it delivers HVGA resolution (approximately 153,000 pixels), scalable to VGA (640×480, 307.2K pixels). Its innovative pixel layout adapts to varying precision requirements. Operating within -40°C to 85°C, it supports 940nm VCSEL light sources and pairs with IRS9100C/IRS9102C VCSEL drivers. Combining high resolution, low power consumption and flexible scalability, it delivers a cost-effective 3D depth sensing solution for consumer electronics and industrial control applications.
