1. MEMS Accelerometers
ADI’s MEMS accelerometers are renowned for their ultra-low power consumption, high resolution and exceptional noise performance. The product range includes single-axis, dual-axis and triaxial accelerometers, covering applications from battery-powered devices with microampere-level power consumption to automotive safety applications requiring high-g shock detection.

ADXL366BCCZ: ADI’s next-generation ultra-low-power triaxial digital-output MEMS accelerometer, housed in a 2.2 mm × 2.3 mm × 0.87 mm LGA package. It operates within a supply voltage range of 1.1 V to 3.6 V and can be powered directly by a single button cell battery.
AD22286 Series: ADI’s iMEMS® high-g accelerometer series, including models such as the AD22279, AD22280 and AD22281, is specifically designed for collision/impact detection and is widely used in automotive airbag collision detection systems, as well as in medical, industrial and sports equipment.
ADXL362: An ultra-low-power, three-axis MEMS accelerometer, designed to be compatible with the ADXL366, and a classic model in the field of low-power wearable devices and IoT nodes.
ADXL278: A fourth-generation surface-machined iMEMS® dual-axis accelerometer with integrated signal conditioning and voltage output, offering a low-power, complete dual-axis accelerometer solution.

 

2. MEMS Gyroscopes
ADI’s MEMS gyroscopes provide high-precision angular rate measurement capabilities, suitable for applications with extremely high accuracy requirements such as attitude control, navigation and positioning.

ADIS16365BMLZ: An ADI iSensor® inertial system product that integrates a three-axis gyroscope and a three-axis accelerometer. It combines industry-leading iMEMS® technology with signal conditioning capabilities, featuring fully optimised dynamic performance for precision navigation and stabilisation control applications.

 

3. Inertial Measurement Units (IMUs)
ADI’s IMU products integrate multiple sensor elements—including a three-axis gyroscope, a three-axis accelerometer, a three-axis magnetometer and a pressure sensor—into a single package, providing a complete motion sensing solution for high-precision navigation and positioning applications.

ADIS16488CMLZ: A 10-degree-of-freedom inertial measurement unit based on iMEMS® technology, integrating a three-axis gyroscope, a three-axis accelerometer, a three-axis magnetometer and a pressure sensor within a single modular package.
ADIS16490: One of ADI’s most advanced IMU products to date, utilising a linear acceleration MEMS core combined with precision calibration, sensor filtering and fusion technology to achieve optimal angular rate measurement performance.

 

4. Magnetic Sensors
ADI’s magnetic sensor portfolio includes Hall-effect sensors, anisotropic magnetoresistance (AMR) sensors and giant magnetoresistance (GMR) sensors. The core technologies comprise AMR and GMR, combined with the MagIC+™ zero-power multi-turn counting capability.
Key ADI Models:
ADA4571 Series: An integrated AMR angle sensor and signal conditioning amplifier, combining an AMR sensor and a fixed-gain (nominal G=40) instrumentation amplifier within a single package to generate two analogue outputs (sine and cosine) indicating the angular position relative to the surrounding magnetic field.
ADMT4000: ADI’s flagship single-chip multi-turn and angular position sensor, integrating a GMR revolution counter, a GMR quadrant detection sensor and an AMR angle sensor, capable of tracking 46 turns (0° to 16,560°) of motion with a typical accuracy of ±0.25°.
ADAF1080: Integrates an 8 mT AMR magnetic field sensor and signal conditioner, designed specifically for precision magnetic field detection, with a built-in flip-coil for offset calibration, suitable for isolated current sensing and precision magnetometers.
ADA4570: Integrated AMR angle sensor with differential output, typical angular error of ±0.1°, offering low noise (850 μV rms) and minimal phase delay, suitable for high-precision non-contact angle detection.
AD22151YRZ: A single-axis analogue voltage output linear Hall-effect sensor IC that integrates a high-sensitivity Hall element and a precision signal conditioning circuit. It features built-in temperature compensation and provides a stable, highly linear magnetic field-to-voltage conversion output over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C.

 

5. Temperature Sensors
ADI offers a comprehensive range of temperature sensors, covering various types including analogue output, digital output and remote temperature monitoring.
Models supplied by Mingjiada:
AD22100 Series: Monolithic temperature sensors with integrated on-chip signal conditioning, operating within a temperature range of -50°C to +150°C, widely used in HVAC, instrumentation and automotive applications.
MAX44006/MAX44008: Combines six sensors—red, green and blue (RGB) sensors, ambient light sensor, temperature sensor and ambient infrared sensor—into a single device. Utilising an I²C interface, it delivers a highly integrated optical and temperature sensing solution.
MAX6695YAUB+T: A digital temperature sensor supporting measurement across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. It is housed in a 10-pin UMAX package, and its digital output eliminates interference from analogue noise whilst requiring no external calibration.
TMP03FSZ-REEL: A monolithic temperature sensor that generates a modulated serial digital output proportional to the device temperature. The on-board sensor produces a voltage precisely proportional to absolute temperature, which is compared against an internal voltage reference before being fed into a precision digital modulator.
