1. RF Amplifiers

Power Amplifiers (PA): HMC788A – a wideband PA operating from 2 to 20 GHz, delivering up to 27 dBm of output power.

2. RF Switch ICs (RF Switches)

Wideband SPDT Switch: ADRF5020 – A 100 MHz to 30 GHz silicon SPDT switch with insertion loss as low as 2.0 dB at 30 GHz and isolation up to 60 dB, housed in a 3 mm × 3 mm LGA package. HMC849ALP4CETR supports DC to 14 GHz, providing up to 50 dB isolation at 6 GHz.
GaAs MMIC switches: HMC641A – a DC to 18 GHz non-reflective SP4T switch with 2.1 dB insertion loss and 42 dB isolation, featuring an integrated on-chip binary decoder circuit, suitable for radio, radar and electronic countermeasures (ECM). HMC544 – DC–13 GHz SPDT switch with insertion loss as low as 0.5 dB and isolation up to 40 dB.
Silicon-based SPDT switches: ADG901/ADG902 – ultra-low-power broadband SPDT switches suitable for portable devices. The ADRF5046 is a high-performance silicon SPDT switch covering frequencies from DC to 44 GHz.

 

3. RF Mixers and Modulators/Demodulators

Broadband mixers: ADL5801 – covering 10 MHz to 6 GHz, with an integrated LO buffer, suitable for software-defined radio (SDR). The HMC773A is a 3–20 GHz broadband dual-balanced mixer with a spurious suppression ratio of up to –60 dBc, used in radar and electronic warfare systems.
I/Q Modulators/Demodulators: AD9361 – integrates a 12-channel RF transceiver, operating at 70 MHz–6 GHz, widely used in 4G/5G base stations and industrial IoT.
High-Linearity Active Mixer: LTC5510IUF – Covers the full 1 MHz–6 GHz frequency range, integrating a dual-balanced active mixer, input buffer and high-speed local oscillator amplifier, with an OIP3 of up to 27 dBm; suitable for high-performance RF applications such as 5G base stations, RF front-ends and radar receive channels.

 

4. Frequency Synthesisers and PLLs

Wideband frequency synthesisers: ADF4351—covers 35 MHz to 4.4 GHz, features an integrated VCO, and supports fractional-N division. The ADF4371 covers 62.5 MHz to 32 GHz; it is an ultra-wideband microwave frequency synthesiser suitable for radar and satellite communications.

It integrates dual-channel transmitters and receivers, an integrated frequency synthesiser and digital signal processing capabilities, and is used in massive MIMO and private 5G networks.
ADRV9022 – Integrated four-channel RF transceiver (4Tx/4Rx) with a frequency range of 75 MHz to 6 GHz, featuring a monitor path. It supports mMIMO, 4G/5G/6G, radar and SDR, utilising a zero-IF architecture and JESD204B/C interfaces.
ADRV9042 – 8T8R SoC transceiver with integrated digital front-end (DFE) and instantaneous bandwidth up to 400 MHz, suitable for high-performance 5G macro base stations and massive MIMO.
AD9084 — A reconfigurable mixed-signal platform integrating four 16-bit RF DACs (28 GSPS sampling rate) and four 12-bit RF ADCs (20 GSPS sampling rate), supporting up to 18 GHz of usable RF analogue bandwidth, suitable for radar, electronic warfare and wireless communications infrastructure.
AD9361 — A highly integrated RF agile transceiver operating from 70 MHz to 6 GHz, combining an RF front-end with a mixed-signal baseband, and featuring an integrated frequency synthesiser and configurable digital interface.

 

6. RF Attenuators
Digital Step Attenuators (DSA): HMC624A – covering DC to 6 GHz, with 0.5 dB steps and a maximum attenuation of 31.5 dB, for use in base stations and microwave links. The HMC424/HMC425/HMC939 are GaAs MMIC digital step attenuators, offering precise digitally controlled attenuation and fast switching speeds.
Silicon-based digital attenuators: ADRF5730/ADRF5731 – covering DC to 40 GHz, high integration, excellent performance.
Voltage-Variable Attenuators (VVA): HMC346/HMC624 — Broadband voltage-variable attenuators offering analogue continuous control.
