1. RF Low-Noise Amplifiers (RF LNA)
RF low-noise amplifiers are core components of RF receiver front-ends. 2. Radio Frequency Power Amplifiers (RF PA)
Radio frequency power amplifiers are deployed at the RF signal transmission end; their core function is to amplify the RF signal output power, ensuring the signal can be stably radiated via the antenna or drive the downstream load. Based on advanced GaN and GaAs processes, these products feature high power, high efficiency and high linearity, with power output reaching up to 1kW and frequency coverage spanning from kHz to 95GHz.

3. RF Driver Amplifiers
Driver amplifiers are positioned at the front end of RF power amplifiers, primarily providing stable and sufficient input drive power to downstream power devices, whilst ensuring high linearity and low distortion to guarantee the stability of the downstream power amplification.

ADL5545: A broadband, high-linearity driver amplifier operating from DC to 6 GHz, with gain exceeding 20 dB and OIP3 of over 40 dBm. It offers excellent linearity and extremely low distortion, making it suitable for front-end driver applications in various power amplifier configurations.
ADH465S: A DC-20GHz distributed driver amplifier utilising GaAs pHEMT MMIC technology, offering a wide frequency band and stable gain, suitable for high-end applications such as aerospace and broadband RF test systems.

 

4. Low-Phase-Noise Amplifiers
Designed specifically for low-jitter RF signal applications, these amplifiers minimise phase noise during signal amplification to ensure RF signal phase stability. Primarily used in conjunction with PLL and VCO frequency synthesizers, they are suitable for high-end applications with stringent phase-noise requirements, such as high-precision radar, satellite local oscillator signal chains, high-speed ADC/DAC drivers, and precision clock distribution systems.
