ADIS16477 Product Overview

The ADIS16477 is a precision, miniature MEMS inertial measurement unit (IMU) that integrates a three-axis gyroscope and a three-axis accelerometer. Each inertial sensor integrated into the ADIS16477 incorporates signal conditioning technology to optimise dynamic performance. Factory calibration is performed for each sensor’s sensitivity, bias, alignment, linear acceleration (gyro bias) and impact point (accelerometer position).
