Low-loss high-frequency performance: Equipped with 1200V CoolSiC™ MOSFET chips, featuring an on-resistance (RDS(on)) as low as 20mΩ. Switching losses are reduced by over 50% compared to silicon-based IGBTs. Supports MHz-level high-frequency operation, helping to improve system efficiency by 3%–5%, whilst reducing the size of energy storage inductors and capacitors and lowering BOM costs.
