ProASIC 3e FPGA
ProASIC 3e devices are based on non-volatile flash memory technology, supporting 330 to 35,000 logic elements (LEs) and featuring up to 620 high-performance I/O ports. Furthermore, devices in this series integrate an Arm Cortex-M1 soft processor IP core, offering the benefits of ease of programming and reduced time-to-market. The series is available in commercial and industrial temperature versions. We also offer specially qualified ProASIC 3e FPGAs for automotive and military systems.

ProASIC 3 nano FPGA
The ProASIC 3 nano reprogrammable non-volatile FPGA is a secure, low-power, instant-start single-chip solution. In rapidly changing or highly competitive markets where performance, cost, flexibility and time-to-market are critical, ProASIC 3 nano devices represent an attractive alternative to Application-Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs) and Application-Specific Standard Products (ASSPs). ProASIC 3 nano devices feature up to 3K logic elements (LEs), support up to 36 Kb of true dual-port SRAM, and provide up to 71 user I/O ports.

The ProASIC 3L low-power FPGA offers lower dynamic and static power consumption than the ProASIC 3 FPGA. The ProASIC 3L series also supports the free implementation of a 32-bit Arm Cortex-M1 processor optimised for FPGAs, enabling you to select the Flash FPGA solution that best meets your speed and power consumption requirements. Devices are available in commercial and industrial temperature ranges, suitable for portable, consumer, industrial, communications and medical applications.
