1. Details: Onsemi has integrated a 650V enhancement-mode GaN power transistor with gate drive and protection functions into a single package. The internal gate clamping circuit, supported by an LDO-based circuit, allows the gate drive voltage to be adjusted within an input voltage range of 10 to 24 V, thereby protecting the GaN transistor from excessive gate stress whilst maintaining excellent switching performance. Suitable for compact, high-frequency and high-power conversion applications.
