Product Overview
The ADXRS623 is a single-chip Z-axis MEMS yaw angular rate gyroscope developed by ADI. Manufactured using ADI’s proven surface micromachining (SMM) MEMS process, it integrates all signal conditioning circuits on-chip. As an automotive-grade, highly reliable angular rate sensor, it is specifically designed to measure Z-axis yaw angular rate within a range of ±150°/s, with an analogue voltage output. compact in size and resistant to vibration and shock, it is widely used in applications such as drone attitude sensing, inertial measurement units (IMUs), gimbal stabilisation and robotic motion detection. The ADXRS623 is housed in a 7×7×3 mm 32-CBGA package, with an overall volume of less than 0.15 cc and a weight of less than 0.5 g, making it suitable for airborne equipment designs with stringent weight and space constraints.
