LIFCL-40-9BG256C is a low-power embedded vision FPGA from Lattice’s CrossLink-NX™ series, based on a 28nm FD-SOI process and optimised for edge AI, vision processing and sensor bridging.
The LIFCL-40-9BG256C is built on the Lattice Nexus platform—combining 28 nm FD-SOI technology with an optimised FPGA architecture to reduce soft error rates by a factor of 100 and lower power consumption by up to 75% compared to competitors, whilst utilising a compact package as small as 4 mm x 4 mm.
The LIFCL-40-9BG256C delivers industry-leading performance for vision processing applications—featuring a high memory-to-logic-cell ratio of up to 170 bits per logic cell, accelerating AI inference.
LIFCL-40-9BG256C High-Speed Interfaces — 2.5 Gbps hard-core MIPI D-PHY, 5 Gbps PCIe, 1.5 Gbps programmable I/O, 1066 Mbps DDR3. Supports LVDS, subLVDS, OpenLDI (OLDI) and SGMII. The FPGA architecture enables signal aggregation, replication and splitting.
