32 kHz and µPower Oscillators
Details: SiTime offers a full range of MEMS kHz oscillators and TCXOs. The unique combination of an ultra-compact footprint, µPower low power consumption and high precision makes these devices an ideal choice for space-constrained, battery-powered products. I. 32 kHz Oscillators
SiTime’s MEMS 32 kHz solutions are ideally suited to replace traditional quartz resonators in wearable and mobile applications, where space and power consumption are critical.

II. 32 kHz TCXOs
The SiTime 32 kHz TCXO series is the first to offer ±3 ppm stability in a 1.2 mm² chip-scale package. Their typical core supply current is as low as 1 μA. These 32 kHz TCXOs are factory-calibrated at multiple temperature points to ensure extremely stringent and comprehensive frequency stability.
Features:
The SiT1552 TCXO offers a supply current as low as 0.99 μA; combined with the NanoDrive™ programmable output, this further reduces power consumption
The SiT1566, SiT1567 and SiT1580 TCXOs offer low integrated RMS phase jitter of 2.5 ns, 2.0 ns and 1.8 ns respectively
The SiT1580 utilises the latest generation of EpiSeal® technology to hermetically seal the resonator, making it impervious to all small-molecule gases and immune to external atmospheric elements.
