[TI] LMK3H0102 Body-Acoustic Wave (BAW)-based PCIe Clock Generator
Details: The LMK3H0102 is a 2-output PCIe Gen 1 to Gen 7-compatible reference-less clock generator that supports spread-spectrum clocking (SSC). Based on TI’s proprietary bulk acoustic wave (BAW) technology, this device provides clock outputs with a stability of ±25 ppm without the need for any crystals or external clock references. The device can simultaneously provide two SSC clocks, two non-SSC clocks, or one SSC clock and one non-SSC clock.

Flexible frequency generation:
Dual-channel divider: up to three unique output frequencies ranging from 2.5 MHz to 400 MHz
LVCMOS outputs supporting frequencies up to 200 MHz: 1.8 V, 2.5 V or 3.3 V
Combinations of AC LVDS, DC LVDS, LP-HCSL and LVCMOS on the OUT0 and OUT1 pins
Additional LVCMOS outputs enable the generation of up to 5 LVCMOS clocks
Overall output frequency stability: ±25 ppm
Two operating modes: I²C or pre-programmed OTP
Fully configurable I²C address
Compliant with PCIe Gen 1 to Gen 7 standards: generic clock with or without SSC, SRNS and SRIS
