The TPS3899 is a nano-power, precision voltage monitor featuring ±0.5% threshold accuracy and programmable sensing and reset delay times, housed in a space-saving 6-pin 1.5mm x 1.5mm WSON package. The TPS3899 is a feature-rich voltage monitor offering the smallest total solution footprint in its class. When monitoring voltage rails or push-button signals, built-in hysteresis and programmable delays prevent erroneous reset signals.
