SZ18201 is a low-power, single-port 10/100 Mbps Ethernet PHY that provides full physical layer functionality over CAT5 twisted pair.
SZ18201 also provides a flexible standard MII and RMII interface to the MAC.
SZ18201 uses mixed-signal processing to perform equalization, data recovery, and recovery error correction for robust operation over CAT5 twisted pair.
SZ18201 provides integrated built-in self-test and loopback functions for easy commissioning.
SZ18201 offers innovative and robust methods for reducing power consumption, such as EEE, WoL and other configurable power saving modes.
