Mingjiada introduces the new 600V CoolMOS™ CFD7: The IPT60R035CFD7 is a 600V CoolMOS CFD7 family of power transistors from Infineon Technologies designed for soft-switching applications such as phase-shifted full bridge (ZVS) and LLC resonant converters. Using the revolutionary technology of the Super Junction (SJ) principle, this chip features an optimised platform designed to improve efficiency and hard-switching-tolerant reliability.

The IPT60R035CFD7 is a product from Infineon and belongs to the sixth generation of the CoolMOS family, the CFD7. This family is an upgrade of the CoolMOS CFD2 family and is optimised for soft-switching topologies, especially for zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) and zero-current-switching (ZCS) applications, such as phase-shifted full bridges and LLC resonant converters. These topologies are very common in high-efficiency power conversion systems.

The MOSFET is notable for its excellent electrical characteristics. Firstly, it has a low gate charge (Qg), which allows faster switching, resulting in lower switching losses and higher conversion efficiency.
