Description
The high-speed robust EMC six-channel digital isolators are high-performance devices with an isolation rating of 5000VRMS (in a DW package) and meet UL 1577 standards. Other safety related approvals include VDE, CSA, TUV, and CQC. The ISO776x provides high EMI immunity, low radiation, and low power consumption while isolating CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/Os.
