Mini-Circuits' PMA5-83-2W is a distributed power amplifier MMIC that operates from 0.01 to 10 GHz. it provides 2 W of saturated output power, 12 dB of gain, and a 3.5 dB noise figure. The amplifier's low second- and third-order harmonic response ensures very low in-band distortion products, which are often required for high-fidelity measurement systems. It requires a 12 VDC power supply and consumes less than 400 mA.
The PMA5-83-2W is available in a 32-pin QFN package measuring 5 x 5 mm and is ideally suited for test and measurement equipment, radar, electronic warfare, ECM defence systems, 5G Sub-6 GHz, MIMO, wireless infrastructure systems, microwave radio and VSAT applications.
